Las Vegas Thanksgiving Day Dinner Guide
Thanksgiving was traditionally the day to celebrate the fall harvest of fruit and vegetables. Today, it thought of more a general thankfulness for family, friends, and all we enjoy in life. It is one of the busiest travel season of the year with extended families coming back home to celebrate the holiday feast.
As in many places in the USA, the Las Vegas Thanksgiving dinner consist of Turkey, gravy, stuffing, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, and desserts. Typically, the turkey is roasted for several hours. The turkey is slowly roasted but in Some Southern states, it is becoming more common to fry the turkey. The traditional stuffing was a bread based stuffing but other stuffings are becoming more common including potato stuffing. The veggies served with the meal include corn, green beans, and fall vegetables such as squash, cabbage, peas, broccoli. The dinner is finished off with a dessert. Popular desserts include cheesecake, apple pie, pecan pie, and pumplin pie.
